government agencies, both state and federal. The law firm handles
judicial appeals from administrative decisions, as well as original actions

Winston Bryant knows federal and state government inside and out. He
served as legislative assistant to the late U.S. Senator John L. McClellan
(Arkansas) in Washington, D.C., served in the Arkansas General Assembly, served as
Secretary of State, Lt. Governor, and Attorney General of the State of
Arkansas.

Winston Bryant has handled numerous cases in state and federal courts
where certain provisions of the U.S. Constitution, as well as the
Constitution of the state of Arkansas, were at issue. With Winston
Bryant's experience in state and federal government, as well as his hands-on
experience in the trial and appellate courts, he is well-versed in
constitutional law. He has argued three (3) cases before the U.S.
Supreme Court.
